- Employment & Landlord Reference £60.00 + VAT (£72.00 inc VAT) N/A IF A STUDENT
- Preparing a Legal Tenancy Agreement £60.00 + VAT (£72.00 inc VAT)

Please note Baron Residential do not charge Credit Checks - Right To Rent Checks & Employment & Landlord Reference to students studying at Royal Holloway
Any subsequent Tenants for a property will be charged at £90.00 inc VAT.
