Letting Service
Baron Residential to undertake the letting only of the property our fee of 8% plus V.A.T (9.6% INC VAT) of the total rent for the initial letting term agreed, payable at the commencement of the tenancy. We do not charge any renewal fees throughout the Tenancy.
Rent Collection Service
Baron Residential to undertake the letting and Rent Collection of your property our fees will be 10 % plus V.A.T. (12% INC VAT) of the monthly rent for the duration of the letting period. This will be deducted from the monthly rent before accounting to the landlord.
Full Management Service
Baron Residential to undertake the letting and management of your property our fees will be 12 % plus V.A.T. (14.4% INC VAT) of the monthly rent for the duration of the letting period. This will be deducted from the monthly rent before accounting to the landlord.
Short Term Management Service
Baron Residential to undertake the letting and management of your property our fees will be 16 % plus V.A.T. (14.4% INC VAT) of the monthly rent for the duration of the letting period. This will be deducted from the monthly rent before accounting to the landlord. Along with check ins and out of the short term property.
